Hak Nam, Miasto Ciemności, the Walled City of Kowloon zostało zburzone równo 15 lat temu. W sercu Hong Kongu, na powierzchni zaledwie 100 na 200 metrów i 14 piętrach wysokości mieszkało ponad 50 tysięcy ludzi. Było to prawdopodobnie najbardziej samowystarczalne i pozbawione regulacji miasto jakie zostało zbudowane.
